That's weird you have to pay for lunch twice, Yuliya! is that like double taxation?

Understandable, Alicia! After all, I had Gabe at 34.5 weeks! (Sorry, don't mean to tease.) You have to be tired!

Yuliya, I was worried about having the kids too far apart b/c of my sister. I wanted them close enough that Lily wouldn't remember much before Brady. But DH reminded me that LIly is not my sister. She has her own problems and our separation whether smaller or larger probably would not have made a difference.

Interesting note: when I told her about my first miscarriage, she said "well you are going to try again right away, right? You don't want to wait to long and have Lily resent the next one." (like I resent you). Priceless. I wonder why we only talk 3 times a year.

Valerie, when I went to PT for my shoulder, they always applied heat before therapy (to help warm up the muscles) and ice after (to reduce swelling). Maybe you could try that if you know you are going to be out and about a lot in a day... If PT was supportive of that.

Christine, I'm thinking the only way to get the baby out by Wednesday is to start something that you have to get finished before the baby gets here. Then the baby will interrupt your plans. A little reverse psychology. With Brady, i was walking walking walking. I tried so hard to avoid an induction (which I had with Lily). I had tons of contractions that fizzled out. Then my last day of work came at 39 weeks and I was excited that we were taking lily to the xmas parade in our neighborhood taht night. That friday morning I went in for a normal check, feeling fine nothing happening and found out that i had been walking around at 5 cm. Dr wanted me in the hospital to break my water. I begged/argued with her to give me the weekend, but she insisted I was in denial that i was in active labor (i swear i had been that way for days - i know my body but anyway...). Little B interrupted my plans. That is what they do.

Michelle,
DH was kind enough to let me sleep until 11 sunday morning. It did a world of good. I did a lot of cooking for the week last night.

Really I have been stressed about everything. With the downgrade I was worried about mortgage rates going up as we are not going to make our lock deadline of friday. Luckily the rates are down for now. Our loan officer is applying for an extension. I have been uber-responsive to their requests for documents. Basically I carry my laptop with files and scanner all the time. So because I have been good an extension *shouldn't* be a problem. I am going from 6.5% to 4.375% so I want to keep this rate (or do better). Keep your fingers crossed.

Oh and our appraisal came back lower than we had hoped which just sucks because i reminds me how much we have lost. And now the settlement will be that much bigger.

Then the stress of the market. It takes a bigger toll on me when I don't have a plan. Today, I made the decision to sell what is still in the black to lock in some profits and ride the losers for a little while til the market is painfully low and I start buying. So my plan helped me feel better. Also, it is just better to get the first unknown sucky day overwith.

And then there is Kindy... I'm sure I could go on and on, but really I need a drink now. Cheers!

I remember how wonderful it felt to be in a pool in the final month! I also remember how the weight felt getting out the pool. Hang in there, girls!
