I am so happy we have been doing so much talking in the last few months.

Maybe she didn't let Camryn get a word in. That's funny!

I'm glad that her teacher is able to redirect her and understands that she just needs to be busy. And it's got to be good for Camryn also. I know that if Alyssa isn't challenged that she will just zone out and start to do her own thing. I'm hoping that the 26 years of experience that her teacher stressed that she had can keep her occupied.

How much longer are you supposed to supplement, Alicia? That's is GREAT she is not rejecting nursing after having so much bottle time!! Sounds like she is a pretty easy baby! Sorry about the blocked duct. I've heard that lecithin can help with that? http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/vitamins/lecithin.html

Great points, ladies! Hopefully most schools do it in a way that doesn't make other kids feel bad. (Like calling it "alternate curriculum" or something, rather than G&T.)

Thank goodness you'll get some relief from the heat tomorrow, Alicia!

If you want chicken for tacos....

Put in the chicken, cut up an onion, add taco seasoning, lemon juice, and cilantro if you have some. Put it on low for a couple of hours. Shred the chicken and leave on low until you are ready to eat.

Yummy!

Thanks! We usually do enchilada seasoning...it is really good. But if you are doing a whole chicken, it tastes best with two packets...that can be a little expensive! Taco seasoning is cheaper, if you get it in bulk from Costco.
