I am so happy we have been doing so much talking in the last few months.

I dropped Camryn off at school today and told her that she needed to walk down the hallway by herself because that's what her teacher wants them to do.

Somehow I seemed to have misplaced some 3T long sleeve shirts that were Camryn's.

That's crazy that your ped is booked out that far. We always see our regular ped, unless it's a sick visit and he is gone for the day or isn't in. Plus, there are only 2 doctors in the office so even if we see the other one we know who it's going to be. Ours keeps slots open for sick kids that need to come in that day and newborns. Age takes preference in appointments where we go also. So if Dylan is sick, they will get him in asap regardless of booking because of his age.

What a relief that the cat showed up.

Ugh. I'm sorry you didn't sleep well, Val!

Addison still wears a pullup EVERY NIGHT! IDK if it's because she is a heavy sleeper, or if it's because she doesn't have that hormone yet that decreases urine production while you are sleeping. I suspect a little of both.

Good luck napping today, Alicia! Let us know how Abby's appointment goes. I can't believe she is two weeks old already!

We go to a sole practitioner so it's always the same doc. When we were in Indiana and at a larger practice, we almost always saw her regular ped for scheduled checkups. Maybe one time we saw someone else, unless I was bringing her in because she was sick. And he was the president of the practice and on the hospital board of directors...so very high in the food chain!

I would be frustrated too, Alicia. She shouldn't be accepting new patients if she can't properly see to their continuity of care.

No nap for me today! I am making up for being unproductive yesterday. Getting a lot done this morning so far, so that's good. I'm going to hang it up around 3:00 to take Addison to her swim lesson.
