I am so happy we have been doing so much talking in the last few months.

Wow. Yeah, she seems so much bigger and mature than 2.5 to me! That makes more sense with her not sleeping well then. (And it explains the eating habits. LOL) I keep thinking she is a year older than Gabe, for some reason.

No major plans! I have to get caught up on laundry. I didn't do it last weekend and did just a couple loads this week. Our friend is having a garage sale and we're selling some furniture, so I need to get that to him. I will probably make one last sweep of Kohl's to see what else I need while I still have the coupon. The kids need more PJs but the store I went to last weekend was pretty picked over.

I ended up just taking the kids to McDonalds for dinner. I didn't have the energy to deal with cooking.

Yes, her eating, sleeping and overall attitude goes along with that of a 2 1/2 year old.

Haha. Yeah, Gabe still is not talking, at 2 years, 2 months. I think he'll be talking in the next 45 days though. He tries to repeat at least one word from every sentence we say to him and is really expanding his vocabulary. Thank god...I was wondering if it was ever going to happen!

OMGosh, do I ever feel fat right now! I need to change my eating habits. I've been eating processed carbs like they are going out of style, haven't had a "lunch salad" in months and don't eat anything until like 3:00 most days and pig out for dinner. (Did I forget to mention the wine?)

LOL

I think when I quit smoking I will jump into P2 of South Beach. Not only will it help with the weight issue but hopefully giving me something else to obsess about will take my mind off the fact that I would rip off someones face for a cigarette.

I feel like super-mom tonight...got the kids in bed with zero complaints at 7:45! They were so tired...skipped bath again. (They had one last night.)

Back onto the potty issues topic...

Addison got out of the pool to pee halfway through her swim lesson. After the lesson, she went in their hot tub to play with her friend. When I told her to get out she started dancing around, saying she had to go again. I didn't consider it an emergency because she had just gone 30 minutes prior. I still got her there pretty quickly...within a few minutes. Well before she could get her swim bottoms down she peed herself! Ugh. At least it was in their little children's port-a-potty, so they can just hose it down.

Then, when we got to Gabe's school to pick him up 20 minutes later...she had to pee again! IDK what was up with that. I was a little concerned that she may have a UTI...but she was actually "eliminating" (vs. complaining about pain but not actually having to go).

???

Oh, and somehow this child has grown out of her bathing suit between last week and this week. How does that happen? LOL
