I am so happy we have been doing so much talking in the last few months.

J has clothes issues. He hates wearing anything but athletic shorts and t shirts. I'm dreading the colder weather when he has to wear jeans and getting dressed becomes a battle again.

LOL @ Brady throwing a fit over the smock. I don't think Gabe would like it either.

Gabe sometimes fights new shoes. I got him a pair of Cars sneakers from Payless and he loves them. I should go buy them in the next size up.

clothes, shoes bibs (we gave up that one), anything that goes on the little man. He won't wear a hat or sunglasses, but I am not surprised about that. But homey is not fingerpainting without a smock - sorry - no dice. Washable paint does not really exist - it is a way to raise the price and nothin.g else.

I still have to get new clothes on him though. He acts like he is fighting for his life.

I gave in. I emailed the landlord this morning about our ac. It's been broken for 2 weeks. Dh sent an email a week ago and we haven't heard anything. I sent an email this morning and will call tomorrow if I don't hear back. Both sets of grandparents are coming this weekend for Abbys baby blessing so we really need to get it fixed!

Luckily the grandparents trained Addison and Gabe on wearing hats when they are out in the desert. No hat, no pool or zoo. :)

Addison was a pain with clothes...it was dresses or nothing. She is getting better though.

He's probably too little to help pick out his own new clothes, right? Although the strategy of him understanding that he wears what mama picks out is probably a better one for the long-term.

Gabe was wide awake last night around 12:30/1 a.m.! I brought him to bed with me and finally at 2:00 put him in his crib to CIO because he was not letting me sleep. Not good when this happens on a Monday because he doesn't nap very long at school (1.5 hrs vs 2-2.5 at home). He was super grouchy this morning.

Bummer we don't live on the same street. You could have brought him to our house. Abby and I were awake.

Aaahhhhh....sorry you were awake too, Alicia! Hope you get some rest today!

I don't know how I'm supposed to work today with a huge annoying black fly buzzing around my head. I left the door open so the cats could go outside. Hopefully Mistletoe notices soon and takes him down. Hazel couldn't care less. She is lazy. LOL
