spaghetti sauce from last week---clean it out every week. :)
I'm not too good at cleaning it out every week.
I'm not sure about the fridge, but I am as terrible about the freezer as i am about the fridge & I decided to do it a couple of months ago as I was having trouble getting things in!!!
As the ice melted a package of bacon fell out from the top that was out of date in 2005!!!!!

I definitely need to channel my inner Karol, because I cleaned out my fridge last night to make room for new food and pulled a bowl out from the back that I didn't remember putting there.
