3 days late...

Okay, I've been very careful about charting my period (nothing as intricate as CM and BBT) but just charting when AF starts exactly and then counting 28 days (because my cycle is usually on the nose) to mark when the next one should start.
My cycle began on January 28th and I was expecting AF to visit on the 24th. The odd thing is, I always have symptoms of AF onset. You know, the whole tender BB's, bloating, headaches, moodiness (well that one I have been experiencing), etc. But I haven't been feeling anything. My BB's aren't sore at all, no bloating, headaches or anything...save for the moodiness. I also haven't had cravings for salty foods like I usually do around AF time. I tested this morning to see what the pee on a stick would reveal, but it was negative. Any thoughts? Please, I'm looking for advice. We haven't been talking to anyone for fear of being judged, since we're not married yet. (We will be next March though... :) )

Wow! We really are in the same boat! It makes me feel a little better knowing that I'm not the only one who has experienced this. That is for sure! Are you experiencing any of the symptoms of pregnancy or AF? I'm not really experiencing anything except for irritability and odd cravings. My BB's aren't sore or tender, I have no cramping or anything like I would normally experience with an impending AF. Very weird.
Thanks for your suggestion. I guess I'll just have to wait a week before I can figure out what's going on. Either AF will begin or it won't and I'll get a BFP. I just can't stand waiting! I want to know what's going on so that I can plan things out a bit. (I'm a planner! :D)
Well shoot. aunt flo showed up about 20 minutes after I wrote you. Strange.
But before I would have said no, I had absolutely no symptoms of being pregnant. I have been pregnant once, and unfortunatly made the decision to get an abortion at the time. (It was very early) But I do remember my boobs getting a little sore just like I was expecting my period to come. Within about 2 weeks time I could not feel my nipples they hurt so bad. And I know usually they say you don't start to go pee more often until further into your pregnancy, but about the same 2 week period, I was getting up 2-3 times in the middle of the night just to pee!! I remember reading that the hormones make you produce more urine in early pregnancy, not just that it's sitting on your bladder. I was one day late that time and I just knew I was pg. I am NEVER late. That's why this time I was so convinced I must be pregnant or something. But aunt flo finally showed up, but it frazzles me as to why I was so late this time??? I guess our bodies have their own ways of changing just when we thought we had it all figured out......
I know that this was probably discouraging being that you are ttc. But it is still very possible that maybe there is just not enough of the hormone in your system yet. Good luck anyways!!!
Ah well, I see you jumped outta the boat...I guess there's more room for me. ;) Well, I haven't seen hide nor hair of AF. Yesterday I noticed that my nipples were sensitive, but I wouldn't say that they hurt or anything. They were just sensitive to the touch. I am a bit tired, but I wouldn't say that it's any more than usual. I have been peeing a lot if that does mean something. Normally, I can go once and be done with it until I get home from work, but yesterday I went like 4 times! Are these considered symptoms?
Well, I'm not sure if you were ttc, but I'm hoping that the outcome was what you desired. If it wasn't, you can always try again next month. That's the beauty of conceiving, you can always try, try again.
Peeing more than usual is definatly a symptom. I think alot of times though women look so hard into things because they want to be pregnant so bad. It's an amazing thing to bring another human into this world, much less create it yourself. And no we are not trying right now. Maybe in about 3 months though. For some reason I just don't want my baby to be born too close to christmas. I don't guess that's too wierd. But if I am blessed with a chance to have one anytime before then, I would be thrilled of course. I'm not on birth control and we don't use any kind of protection. So we are asking for it I guess lol. Which is fine
But hey let me know what the outcome of your situation is whenever you find out. I'm interested to know
GOOD LUCK!!!
I think for me it's just not knowing. I hate being out of "the Know". I'm the type of person who sits there and asks a person what my christmas present is until I guess it. (I'm one of THOSE kinds of people.)
It's not silly, I was actually purposely trying to avoid conceiving in February because it would put the due date in late October early November and that's when mine, my mom's and my grandma's birthdays happen. I mean yeah it was cool knowing that all 3 of us were born around the same time, but we're all Scorpios and that poses a huge problem. I'd rather not add another to the mix. :) The funny thing is, according to my cycle, if I am pregnant, my due date is November 4th. That is 4 days after mine and 3 days before my mom's. :) Kinda weird. (Obviously though, babies aren't usually born on their due dates so it could be a little before or a little after. Again too close.)
I will definately keep you updated on my result.

Well, today is day 5 of missed period, but I have begun to spot. For me, this usually means impending menstruation, but from what I understand if it doesn't get heavier or if it stops that it could be implantation bleeding. So I'm still in the waiting game. I know that we really wanted to have a baby, we both have decided that we're going to wait until AFTER the wedding so that we don't muck things up. ;) In any case, that's if we're not pregnant, which I don't think that I am at this point.
