3rd time's a charm??
We first started TTC on New Year's. For the first month, I was charting, researching, etc. Nothing. The next month I was charting and using a fertility monitor. Nothing. So this past month, I was so focused on getting our house in order, planting my garden, and so on that I just decided to take it easy this month. We tried a few times here and there, but I wasn't keeping track or charting anything. Well guess what . . . yesterday I took a test in the morning: 2 lines - another in the afternoon: 2 lines - and another (digital) test that evening said PREGNANT!
Cautious optimism here . . . but I have a doctor's appt on Wednesday! :)
Haven't said a word to hubby yet; I want confirmation from the doctor. But I'm thinking of ways to tell him . . .

Hello,
CONGRATULATIONS!!! Let us know how your bloodtest goes when you see your doctor!
Good Luck!

Make that 4 positive tests . . . and hubby knows . . .
I can never keep a secret from that man! Shoulda cleared the darn history on the computer! I know our computer freezes up, so I should have guessed he would have had to go into the history to recover a page he was viewing, and lo and behold there were all my pregnancy sites. Sigh. Then he got snoopy in my bathroom and found my tests. If it weren't for the computer, he never would have had a reason to go into my cabinets - it's all make up and hair stuff. I'm glad he knows, but I am a little sad that I didn't get to do it in a cute way. I'll just be extra cute when we tell family ;)
Y'know, a few years ago I thought I had the greatest Christmas present for him. (Backstory: he's an INDIANAPOLIS COLTS fan and he likes monkeys). Well, they came out with a little mascot monkey for the Colts and I found it online. He didn't even know they existed. I told him I found the perfect present for him. Well, a couple weeks before Christmas they printed an article about them in our California newspaper.
I can't wait for my bloodtest on Wednesday!
