HI!! I feel really stupid coming to a website to ask questions... but... I am hoping for some advice... and I am hoping some of you can help. My husband and I have decided to start trying... I have not been pregnant for over 6 years and this time I am actually doing it right. Last time, I was in denial...so the symtoms are a blur. I just wondered how soon someone can show symtoms?? I am having some pains in my lower left side...its been about 2 days. My ovulation dates were Sept 22-26... with quite a bit of BD... today is the 29th is it too soon to have pain?? My face really broke out today today, I am trying not to get excited but... a baby would be a welcomed addition to our home. Any advice??

Wow !! you and I sound the same. I ovulated on 19-22 and I have been experiencing some definate cramping in my lower half. I was pregnant in 98 so I don't remember too much except for the sorest boobs ever and I was really tired but I can't remember when those things started to happen. Like you I am doing this the right way now. The first time was an oops and a half. It's really nice to actually be trying but it also makes you crazy thinking about it all the time.

Please don't feel stupid for coming to a website for answers. The women on this board are really wonderful and supportive and always happy to advise. :)

As for the pain you're feeling, it seems too early for implantation, but it could be ovulation pain. Even if you've never had it before, your body could be adding this to its repertoire of ovulation symptoms. I know that for just a couple cycles, I'd get a nosebleed with my period; it hasn't happened since, but it's always a possibility now. Or perhaps you and DH were a little "rough" in the BD department? ;)

Since you've just o'd, it's too early to take a test. I suggest waiting to see if your period is late, or you could test with a sensitive hpt (like First Response Early) with first morning urine 3 days before you expect your period.

Hope that helps!
