AF is messing with me...or am I pg?

Hi, ladies,
I'm normally on the TTC Over 35 board...my name is Adrianne & I'm already a mom of a 9-year-old diva wannabe. Here's the reason I'm here:
AF was due, by last month's visit, this past Tuesday (7/17). All week I've had irregular bowel movements, which I initially ascribed to some food I ate. That should've been out of my system on Thursday, but the bowel problems persist, along with really bad backaches & pain in my lower abdomen (not true AF pain, but pain nonetheless). It feels like cramping, but not AF cramping. DH & I have been TTC for almost 2 years (12/05), but since he's diabetic I haven't really allowed myself to think I'm pg. Oh, forgot to mention I'm always sleepy, which I was 10 years ago during my first pg. The one thing I feel that's similar to my first pg is being really hot & being sleepy; I sleep 8 hours a night & a 2 hour nap almost every day--kinda hard to do when a 9-year-old gets bored!
Help, please! I am reposting this on TTC Over 35 so someone can call me crazy there, too!
Adrianne

Oh my goodness, TAKE A TEST!!!! Go POAS, and let us know the results, ASAP! You definitely sound preggers to me!!!!
Good luck! ;)

:) I've been lurking for a lil while, and am SSSOOO ELATED!! to finally find someone who's experiencing the same symptoms that I am!! (I mean, I know it's not the best of circumstances to "meet" lol) AF was due here on the 15th, and, seeing as how I've been known to be wrong before, I haven't tested either. I keep telling myself that it's all in my head again :P lol...............My insides haven't been acting right either, and the "cramps" that I've been having range in areas! lol, and I've been getting quite lightheaded at times. Not to mention I've never gotten car sick in my life, until about 3 days ago!! lol
Perhaps the PP was right....maybe we should POAS, just to see ;) lol What do you think?

Nikki,
I REALLY, REALLY want to, but since I've been wrong before, I think I'll wait 'til tomorrow to be sure! I don't take BFNs (Big Fat Negatives) very well! GL to you & I can't wait to see your results!
Adrianne
Sweetie... I totally agree, please take a test and keep us posted!!! GOOD LUCK!!!
:) I know EXACTLY how you feel............I've been TTC for a lil over 5 years now, so I'm not rushed in POASing either!! lol ;) I guess the only thing holdin me back is my common sense haha :)
BFN's are definetly NOT what I like seein either, but considering that I can't manage to get anything else but a BFN, I think I'm gonna wait just another day or so, just to make sure that I'm not testing too early (I'm not really sure of my O date this time around). The cramps in my stomach have increased, not to mention that my stomach is all sorts of messed up too! lol Needless to say, my fiancee's gonna throw my fan in the trash if he has to endure one more night of it! haha (sorry hun :( ) lol
Just know that you're not alone in the "fear of BFN" department.........:) Let us know what you decide to do, and I'll keep you posted as well! HOPEFULLY one of us will get the answers we're seeking this time around :)
Thanks, ladies,
By the time I remembered to test, FMU was nowhere to be seen! (I woke up suddenly when my darned NOAA weather radio decided to sound the alarm...about MARINE weather activity!) This landlubber has nothin0g to do with water!) Anywhoo, I woke @ 5:30 & then went back to bed; should I still test even though it's not FMU? I've got one e. p. t. left & am planning on going to the dollar store today to get some cheapies along with my "real" list of supplies.
I will keep you posted!
Adrianne
