Okay its long I'm sorry....

I was on ortho-tri-cyclen until I left them at home while going on a two week vacation. I had AF on August 13. Started a new pill pack for one week and that is when i left them at home. I had another AF on August 27 because of not taking my pills. Because my husband and I were on our second honeymoon we BD a lot. I have been on the pill for a few years so obviously my cycle has been 28 days exactly down to the hour I would start. I have heard most people say when they come off the pill there cycles go from 33-35 days. Well I am at day 35 today still no signs of AF. I took at Dollar General test Saturday night and it was negative. Then on Sunday morning I tested with the same brand and FMU, it was negative until about an hour and then there was a faint line where the possitive would be. I got a clear blue easy early test that I am going to test with on Thrusday, that way it would detect lower amounts of HCG. Other than a missed period I feel normal. My breats/nipples were a little sore last week but that has gone away now. I think my nipples have gotten darker but I can't tell if they really have or if my mind is playing tricks on me. I just wanted to know what some of you ladies think. Could I have a big chance of being pregnant and just tested too early or with the wrong test, or did coming off the pill really mess up my cycle. Thank you all so much, I really appricate any .02 you could throw me.

I would wait and do the early test and see what it says. If your really concerned call your doctor and see what he says about it. A lot of people say after coming off the pill they don't get pregnant for months, yet the people I know, miss the wrong few, or do what you have...and they get it right away, without trying. So its hard to tell. I have a feeling that your doctor may tell you to wait until the next month and see if you get one by then. But its hard to say. I would test once a week if AF don't show, and continue until either you get a positive, or she comes...or till you see the doctor.
