Antibiotics, and the pill...Help!

Hello,
I've posted here before, some time ago and now I'm back with yet another "Could I be" question. Here is the deal: I started antibiotics yesterday for a UTI, and had two doses in me by yesterday evening when BF and I bd. (I know stupid...but I wasn't thinking) Also...on friday I missed my pill and took two on Saturday morning. According to my fertility chart that I was using before going back on the pill, my ovulation date is today. I know you don't ovulate on the pill, but with me missing friday, then starting that antibiotic the thought of a poossible pregnancy has crossed my mind. I know I won't have any symptoms for awhile and I'm trying not to obsess, but any advice, or thoughts on how likely this could be would be appreciated. Thanks in advance ladies!!!

I don't want to scare you, but I've been told that antibiotics will basically render BC useless. The pharmacist always warned me when I was taking antibiotics to be sure to use a backup form of BC. I will tell you my cousin got pregnant from an antibiotic interaction withher BC, but she was on the depo shot, not taking a daily pill. That's the only instance of it that I know of personally. I wish you all the best. :)
