Any advice? Possibly preggo?

Hello everyone,

This is my first time posting something on here...so I was hoping that someone may have some advice...

For the last few days I have had an increased amount of vaginal discharge, it just looks milky-ish, there is no odor, no itching, it just bothers me a little, maybe because it is more moist down there...I do have sex a few times a week with my husband and we don't use condoms, so he just pulls out (which I know isn't the most effective birth control) We do both want children, but we are not actively trying to get pregnant, if it does happen, that would be wonderful (o:
Other than the increased amount of discharge, which isn't normal for me, I have been feeling dizzy, and having headaches, especially when I stand up and not eating as much becuase either I have no appetite or I feel nauseous(which is also not normal for me) I am not due for my period until about July 7, and I have a pretty normal 28 day cycle(lasting 3-4 days). My last period (June 11-13) was light and lasted about 2 days with a little spotting after, which I thought maybe could have been implantation bleeding, if I were preggo...My breasts are also sore to touch and I have had some light cramping, but maybe that is becuase my period is coming up in about 2 weeks or so. I'm not too sure! I know it would probably be too soon to test...but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

Thank you ahead of time for the advice,

A little confused....

I have been pregnant a few times and the one thing for me that is an unmistakable sign is that breast tenderness. It is nothing like before a period. It is much worse. Nipple sensitivity comes first then soreness near the armpits then slight breast tenderness then intense breast soreness. I always jump up and down to make sure I feel the soreness and that it is not just my imagination. Crazy, I know!!!

Susselee -- I just posted my fist message to this board last night. You are on the same cycle as me and I just ovulated sometime over the weekend (not sure if it was Thurs night or Sunday). So maybe the discharge is ovulation, that would be my totally uneducated guess.

Peg372006 -- I love your jumping up and down to be sure about boob soreness.. I've done that with past pregnancies. ROFL!!! I actually would jog down my stairs too.

So when my husband sees me jumping up and down later tonight....I should tell him..? haha.. I can feel them hurting when I go down the stairs fast..haha My breasts are pretty sensitive, esp. near the armpits, I could feel them hurting while doing dishes earlier and while driving. So, maybe this is just normal? I don't know...

Hi Julie,

I have never noticed that type of discharge before, I guess it could be from ovulation?
It's just strange to me, because I have actually lost weight in the last two weeks from feeling nausous or just not hungry at all. Even if it was something I love, I would take one bite and feel sick and not eat the rest...I just feel different, I don't know how to explain it too well..

Sounds like we've got similar situations. Except I'm not losing weight, I'm eating everything in sight, especially water. (okay that's drinking) I can't seem to get enough water and I HATE that stuff. Each pregnancy I had bad cases of dehydration, so always had to have water. Now I hate that stuff.

I have a quessy tummy all day long, I have been sick but not like retching(sp) in the toilet. Plus, cramping which I normally don't get before a period. Course don't remember ever really getting it. Currently headache but not sure if it deals with my majorly thick hair.

I say you sound pregnant. Take a test when you can. may want to wait a few more days. However, don't ignore your thoughts if it says you aren't. I never did get positive tests on HPTs with my three kids. Had to have blood work done.

Period 6/2-6/9 sex and condom broke 6/14 can I be pregnant? I think it is possible but still not sure. Took test last night, too soon I think since I'm not even late yet.

My stomach isn't feeling so hot today, I didn't eat dinner last night because I didn't feel well, and now I feel nausous...blah..and I feel bloated too. I am going to wait about a week then take a test and see what happens...

You could be pregnant, I think it is too soon to test though. Sperm can stay alive for up to 7 days, which would have been around the time when you ovulated. Did you get the same symtoms with your last three pregnancies soon after conception?

it's funny, I honestly don't remember. The only thing I remember is HPT all said no and I had morning sickness 24/7 uck.

You had sex on day 13 of your cycle. If you have a perfect cycle, it lasts 28 days, so you'd ovulate day 14. So, if you're not using birth control pills, it's possible. The timing is actually ideal. Sperm can live up to 72 hours in you.

There are tests that can give you a reading as early as 4 days before your period is due (read the boxes, that's how I found one). When I was pregnant I thought I had gotten my period as well, I spotted for a whole week in fact! I know a lot of women who it's happend that way for which is why people don't know sometimes until they're further along. I got to tell ya though, your other symptoms sounds like your preggers to me! You can also buye multi packs of tests, I'd do one right away (1st thing in the AM of coarse!) and if you get nothing try again the morning of the day that your period is due. Good luck!
