Hi everyone, hope you all are having a good day!! I am in a sticky situation....don't really know what to do....any thoughts are appreciated...First of all my boyfriend and I have been ttc for a little while now and on Aug. 19th I ovulated and we bd' the 18th and 19th. I was due for AF on Sep. 3rd, now 8 days late. I took a hpt on aug. 30 and around Sep. 2nd and both were BFN. The thing that is making me worried and a little anxious is #1, I haven't started AF yet and #2, I have been having mild cramping in my lower tummy since Aug. 30th. It happens on and off all day. does not really hurt. I feel it more on my right side. I have been having preg symptoms, except that my bbs do not hurt and the aerolas are not darker than usual....All other symptoms are there. Is this normal for pregnancy??? Can you really be prego and not have sore bbs??? I will probably test next week sometime to know for sure. Thank you all so much and lots of baby dust to everyone!!!

Thanks

Hi lacy1798!

I'm in a similar situation - I'm 7 days late. I have taken 4 HPTs, and all have been negative. I think I have been getting false negatives. I am never late! My breasts just started getting a bit sore, I'm having a bit of abdominal cramping, I'm exhausted, etc. I'm not nauseated. I believe I am pregnant despite what the tests say, and I know that this is very possible. Women produce HCG at different rates, so one woman can test positive even before her period is due and another can have to be several weeks pregnant for it to show up on a test. It also depends on the sensitivity of the test - some require a large amount of HCG in order to give a positive result and some only need the smallest amount. Very frustrating!

I am going stark raving mad wondering whether or not I'm pregnant, as are so many others on this message board. It helps to know you aren't alone!

Sending you lots of baby dust!

Well, I think that you are right, even though stress can be a cause for AF to be a no show, it certainly does make you think that she would not be gone for this long without some kind of a reason...Good luck to you!!!

I was wondering if you have heard of this cramping associated with pregnancy and if you can be pregnant and not have sore bbs???? Has anyone experienced this also????
