Back again... And going into panic mode

Hi, a few months ago I posted here because I was worried I might be pregnant (see topic here). Well of course paranoia has creeped back in and out over the months. Now I'm having a panic attack because when this all went down, my dad said some very negative things about if I might be pregnant basically like my family would disown me (note my dad was the only one to say this). Put me through a period of extreme stress and depression.

Something else I'd like to add is that I'm sorry if my post is a little cluttered and the information is vague or contradicting. I was having a panic attack when I wrote it, just let me know if you need clarification.

Also, after doing some reading around I read that at this point in time, 14+ weeks, I should be able to find my uterus by feeling around below my belly button? I haven't tried examining and feeling it so closely before, so I can't say I know what I felt like four months ago. But I can't seem to find what most people describe, supposedly a lump?

What I do is lay flat on my back and relax as much as possible, otherwise my muscles seem too stiff. I can feel two stiff ridges leading from just above my crotch and all the way up into my abs, so I think that might just be muscle. I can't find any sort of stiff lump aside from that. Can someone tell me more about how to find this? Is it focused more in the center or to one side or another? What does it feel like?

I doubt you are pregnant. Have you tested recently? There are many reasons for your periods to change, age, hormone levels, stress. All are big factors which can change your cycle. If you are really worried I urge you to get in and see your doctor for a blood test. Also if you are not trying to get pregnant then you should very strongly consider a form of birth control, pills, patch, condoms ect......

Alright, so I was finally able to take another home pregnancy test. I took one yesterday and got a negative but felt like I did it wrong because the stream was weak. So I did another one with my first morning urine, timed it for five seconds as instructed, and got another negative. Does this mean I'm most likely not pregnant? I figured if I were, by this time it'd be easy to pick up on with a HPT... And I'd likely be showing anyway.

You are most likely not pregnant. Periods can vary in length and heaviness from month to month and stress can have an effect on that as well. Continuing to take pregnancy tests really aren't going to help you at this point. If you were 4 months along, your HCG levels would be lowering and the test could be negative either way. If you continue to be concerned about it, try going to the doctor or a clinic like Planned Parenthood. They may be able to reassure you more.
