BCP and possible pregnancy?

I have a question that I cant seem to find answers to and I am curious about other people's experiences and/or advice. I am just beginning to understand the lingo, so bare with me.
I started on BCP in late June. We had sex (w/o a condom) about 12 days after being on the pill and that would have been my predicted ovulation days (I was told to wait 7 days prior to not using protection, instead I waited 12). A week and a half later I had my AF for 3 days, it was very light, when it was time for the break-through period. Prior to the period I spotted the week before. I started my new pill pack beginning of July. I have not spotted at all (unusal for me, I normally always do and I did all last month during the first month on BCP's). I have been feeling a bit nauseous the past week have had sensitive breasts as well as them being a bit bigger than usual. We are not TTC (though if it happened, we'd be thrilled), but I cant help but be worried that there is a possibilty of pregnancy. Does getting AF for 3 light days mean I there is not a possible way for me to be pregnant or does anyone know?

This is a hard question, sorry. The symtoms could be a result of being new to the pill or you could be pg. I would say take a home pregnancy test just to be on the safe side. You shouldn't take the pill if your pg so you would need to stop asap.
I've gotten pg on the pill twice. The 1st time
