Ladies,

Hi1 I am so excited, and relieved to know that my nauseau has a legit source! Last night I could not take the yuckies any longer and used a clear blue easy digital test, as soon as the test finished blinking a pregnant popped up! I highly recommend this test, you do not have to deal with trying to interpret lines, it does a lot for your ego to see the word there. FYI I had used this same brand of test the least time I was pregnant, it ended up being a defective test and the company immediately sent me replacements for free.

My af was due today, although I did miscarry at the end of July so there was no real telling when she would show. The doc said that I was ok to start trying whenever I was comfortable, after my hormone levels returned to zero (that we weekend and the following week we bd every day). If you have any sticky baby vibes that you could spare and send this way, Iwould appreciate it. Even though everything seems to be going better this time,

9the test result was so quick and definite and the nauseau are my reassurances -- I always seem to get really sick during the first 4 months) i am still worried to death about another m/c.

Thanks for all of your support and best of luck to you all!

:)

Jen

Doodlemom good luck!!! Be sure and let us know.

Jen, call your Dr as soon as possible, they can help monitor you and try to do things to help prevent a m/c, although if its gonna happen its gonna happen. I'll send all the sticky vibes I can. I don't know if I am pg yet or not, but if I am I assume mydue date will be 5/8. With my ds my lmp was 7/27 and I was due 5/9, so this time my lmp was 7/26 therefore I assume 5/8. I'm gonna test tommorrow though for my b-day. Let ya know.

Well, I'm just luking around here wating to O and hoping for my 3rd pregnancy soon!

Congratulations. I hope everything works out fine for you! I will send some sticky baby vibes your way.

I looked at your profile and saw you have 3 children close in age. Mine are 2 1/2(will be 3 dec 6th)that's my dd, and my ds turns one Sept 6th. Now we are hoping to conceive this month for another 21 month age difference as that worked out so well with my dd and ds.

I was just wondering if you could tell me a little about how you do it??!! I'm soooo scared of dealing with morning sickness and pregnancy woes while chasing after the little ones. I'm a stay home mom too. Plus, how I'll deal with three little ones under the age of 4. Most say I'm nuts to want them so close in age, but I LOVE being a mommy, I'm not getting younger at age 30 and we may want 4 eventually. And the idea of just getting the baby thing done all at once seems appealing as hard as it is. And lastly, I'd like them all to be close. I know I can't count on that, but one can hope right?

Well anyhow, I'd love to talk to you about it.

E-mail me anytime. tlcdj2000@charter.net. Or we can just stay on the boards. Any advice or insight I would love to hear from you!

I have always felt like everything happens for a reason and we are never given more than we can handle. Keeping those two points in mind, it is not so hard having 3 so close in age. When my 3rd was born, I indeed had 3 under 3 -- there are 14 months between the first two, then eighteen months and now 24 months. Going from 2 to 3 is so much easier than 1 to 2, you have already been outnumbered at home and you have already learned how to prioritze cries, needs and wants. When I prepared bottles in the morning, I also prepared sippy cups and diluted my kids juice for the enitre day (I would also prepare all of the bottles that i thought I might need -- I bf and bottle fed). I changed everyones diaper at once, I did this when all 3 were in diapers and even when only 2 were in diapers. Not everyone needed changing, but I always checked using the assembly line approach. My oldest has always been a great help, he would fetch things for me and understood enough to be a help and not a hindrance (he would talk to the baby or give him a toy without inflicting pain or suffering :)

Try to not worry about how you will do it, you already do it with having to crowd control two, you are just adding another.

Please feel free to email whenever and best of luck to you! FYI Three was so good I wanted another.....

Congratulations!!! :O) I had a miscarriage in July too and like you my doctor said to carry on. I don't know if I'm pregnant yet, I ovulated this past week. I keep waiting to see if I feel anything...hee,hee... I have three other children, two daughters and a son. Maybe I'll be on the May board too!! I understand exactly what you mean about worrying about another miscarriage. I do too. But I find comfort in thinking the doctor's wouldn't have told us to continue ttc if it wasn't okay. :O) Congratulations again, Amanda.

Amanda,

Thanks for your vote of confidence. Every little twinge I think is a miscarriage waiting to happen. When I wake up each date about to vomit, I do a happy dance. I do hope to see you on the may board, good luck to you! FYI I never had a clue as to when I ovulated, I just seduced the daylights out of my dh for 2 weeks!

Thanks again and best of luck to you!

Jen,

Thanks so much for your input on having three close in age! I do hope all is going well for you. It sounds like so far all is well :)

I am in total agreement with your way of thinking. I too believe everything happens for a reason, and we can handle whatever we are given.

Preparing things ahead of time is SUCH a life saver! I have started doing that more and more lately and I just love myself so much when I do. It's great to wake up in the morning and have everything ready to go...cups set out, formula made for the baby, bowls ready for cereal, decaf ready in the coffee maker. I have to stay up a little later to do that, but it is sooooo worth it. Organisation is the key. I will pray that I get better at it once I have 3.

I'm hoping to O tommorow...I keep feeling that I have with all my O symptoms but the OPK tests have been negative so I'm just plain old confused now. I kind of wish I'd skipped the OPK tests, but I was curious about when I really did O. It worked the last time and gave us help in making my ds!

I hope I can join you on the May board. I would love a May baby. I all ready have a Sept. and Dec baby, so I'd be covering 3 of the 4 seasons. Next one would just have to be a summer baby :)

Keep in touch! Thanks for the e-mail addy. I may want to talk to you more when the going gets tough!
