My Doctor has just put me on continous BC pills for possible endometriosis. I have been on the pill now for 5 years and consistently miss pills. This past month I missed 3 pills in a row and now I have really sore breasts. I usaully always miss like 2-3 pills a month but take them when I know I have missed them. I am also really moody and a little more tired then usual. I have two kids already but dont know if I am pregnant because of being on the pill continously I dont have a period. Had a very vivid dream last night that I took a pregnancy test and it came back positive. I was wondering if I could be pregnant.

I wish that I could answer your question. You know, I had the same exact dream twice. Once when I would have conceived and the other last weekend after I was late. I tested Sunday and got a BFN. Take a test and see what happens. Good luck and I hope you get the answers you are looking for.

Oh my. That is so weird because the same thing happened to me..last night!! I had the dream and everything!! I have an IUD, but think that I could be pregnant because of the sore breasts too. I have two of my own now and I just don't think I'm ready for #3, yet. I did take a pregnancy test and it came back negative. I would call your doctor. Although, they may tell you to just relax and wait a couple of weeks to see what happens.

Hi,
I was on treatment for endometriosis for almost 10 years with 4 surgeries to help with it, but one of the treatments was to take the pill continuiously. One thing I suggest is maybe to talk with your doctor to do a treatment of 3 months on, have a cycle and back to 3 months on. I found this way that it made me feel better. I found being on it without a break after a while made my body feel weird and eventually I had break thru bleeding, I felt much better with having a cycle every three months. If you are not preganant it could be that your body is reacting to needing for you to have a menstrual cycle since you have not had one in a long time.

I hope that helps,
Jill

in addition to my other message. If you find anything out from the dr I would be curious to know. I am on the pill and have been for over a year, just had a period about a week and a half ago and my breasts are sore and test is negative. very baffling but makes me nervous like I should take another test or something.

This is the first month that I have been on them continously. Basically I just didnt have my period this month. I am only into my new pack a week. I had my period in june so I am not so sure that this is the problem. Anyway the Dr wants to see me today so maybe I will figure something out.

I did read that you pill can be causing you the discomfort depending on the hormone level, some woman stop taking them because of the soreness in the breast. I have been on mine over a year so I don't think that is the cause.

I went to the Dr on Wednesday and they took a pregnancy test which came back neg. They are now checking my prolactin levels and my thyroid to see why I am having colostrum leaking from my breasts. I dont know what is going on but wish I did. This is so confusing. I thought that you only had that when you were pregnant. I have had 2 kids and the only time I have ever had this is when I was pregnant or nursing. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why this could be happening. Does anyone know if this is a symptom that goes along with endometriosis. PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Syptoms of Endo is almost different for every women. Main ones though are painful ovualtion, pain when starting you AF. Like there is alot of pressure and I can tell the exact second I start my AF. Usually it when I am trying to pee and the pain and pressure is there. I never had pain in my breast from Endro. I have had cysts and they have about the same feeling of pain. Sounds like your doctor is testing correctly to see where your homone levels are. If there is an irregular level thats why your breast are leaking. Thyroid does alot to your body also if level are off. Best of luck to you and hope some of the info has helped. Some women has Endo servely and don't even know they have it until TTC then others can have great pain and only have a mild case. Everyone is different and there is still alot to learn about it. You can do some of your own research just type it in the search engine and the way you go. I had my daughter eight and half years ago. Never had any problems then a couple of years pasted and started to get all this pain. Had a laposcopy done and found a very mild case of endo. Never considered wanting anther child and never really doing much to provent it either. Got preg and ended with m/c in April. Don't know if the endo had anything to do with it. Having been trying for the past two months to get preg again and so far no luck. I'm going to give it another month then if not i'm going to make an appt. with DR. Good luck and Best wishes.
