Is anyone trying the Chinese calendar to conceive a boy or girl? I am trying for #5 I had a son when I was 15 who’s dad left when I said the word pregnant. Than my first marriage I had 2 girls that relationship was abusive so I got divorced. Now im married to a great loving guy who I had a Daughter with 3 years ago, he also adopted my 13 year old son and is the best dad to my 2 Daughters. We would like to try for a boy and was wondering how accurate the Chinese’s calendar is. If we was not to get a boy that’s not a problem she will be spoiled and love just as much. It took us 2 years of trying with our Daughter so im really trying to get all the info I can so we dot have to wait another 2 years.Im doing the ovulathuion test and chart’s this time round!

So - here's the trick:
Get your OPKs and start testing everyday from like cd10-14 (if you have a regular 28 day cycle). Do NOT bd until you get that positive OPK. I'm serious here. Little boy swimmers swim faster than little girl swimmers. So you have to let them win the race to the egg. You just can't let the little girl swimmers have a chance. If you BD before you O then the boys have already made it up there and died and the little girls are just getting there when you O - thus the baby girl!
So - here's to Ovulation and Gender Prediction 101 - HA!
Wishing you the best and keep us posted!
