Hi, im new to this whole message board thing but ive recently began thinking that i could be pregnant.
About two weeks ago my breasts started feeling very tender, a few sharp pains. but it went away. they have felt a little larger than usual but nothing that made too much of a big deal to me. About two weeks ago i had a period. it was very light, it lasted about two days but i used tampons and even then there wasnt much on them. All of last week i had headaches and was extremely moody and tempermental about everything. I was also bloated.
I didnt start thinking i was pregnant until two days ago. i was very naseaus and throwing up all day. If anyone said the word alcohol i had to run to the bathroom. Yesterday i slept in until about 1130 and i never sleep in. Ive been dizzy and naseaus but i havent thrown up since saturday.
Im scared to guy buy a test and waste money if im not pg. what do you think my chances are of actually being pregnant. i know stress of thinking about this could actually cause some of these symptons
Thanks for the help

Thats the tricky part, and why so many of us are here.
I went to the dollar tree and bought a couple pg tests. I took one and got a BFN.
i wasnt trying but would be okay if i was pg. im somewhat dissapointed that i got a BFN, because a part of me was very excited. but ill test again tomorrow morning just to double check
Hi,
I think that it might be a good idea for you to do the test so that you can know for sure. If you are concerned about the money aspect, depending on where you live, you may be able to have a pregancy test done at a doctor's office or women's clinic free of charge. There are also some low cost non brand name tests that you can get that cost a bit less and work just as well.
With my most recent pregnancy, I had some spotting (which I thought was my period), so I was very suprised when I did a pregnancy test a few weeks later (I was having breast tenderness and some nausea) and found out that I was in fact pregnant. The spotting was not a concern at all and my pregnancy has progressed fine.
Either way (if you are pregnant are not pregnant), you will probably feel better to know for sure so that you can know and accept whatever the results are and move forward.
Good luck!
