Hi,

Me and my boyfriend have been doing the pull out method and im on birth control, but i forgot to take it one day. But i didnt worry because he wasnt finishing inside of me, but he told me the other day that he has been cuming inside of me a little bit each time we have sex. Ive been having heart burn badly and very uncomfortable on my lower left side like where my ovary is located, it feels a little like theres something there. Last week i went to the bathroom and there was a little blood but not much at all. Im always so tired and cranky, especially if i get hot im really mean especially to my boyfriend. Ive been having hot flashes like crazy, and ive been wanting pepperoni pizza with ketchup on it and im in love with cherry pepsi and i use to HATE pepperoni!!! So what do you ladies think??

Personally I doubt you are pregnant. The withdrawal method alone is not reliable birth control, but since you are also on the pill, you should be safe. Where are you at in your current pack of pills? If you are really concerned about a possible pregnancy, you can take a test now and then again if AF doesn't show (if the first one comes up negative). Good luck and let us know if you decide to test!

With being late and missing pills it's hard to say. The little bit that your BF has been ejaculating in your could contain sperm and with not taking the pills properly, you do reduce their effectiveness, so with that in mind, it could be possible to get pregnant in your situation. If you ovulated, it most likely would've happened around during the second week of your pills (assuming your pills are set up so that the placebos (when you get your period) are the last week of the pack). If you ovulated around that time and did get pregnant, it is possible to start feeling some symptoms this early, but that's not very common.

I'd wait to see if your period comes when it's suppose to. If not, definitely test before starting your next pack of pills. Good luck!

it take more than 3 weeks for your birth control to start working, your doctor should have told you this. sometimes you have some symptoms of pregancy becuase it is always on your mind. it is very likely for you to be pregnant. Have you missed your cycle yet? if no, i would wait until it is about time and take a test. If you have your period I would still take a test just to be sure.

And i missed like 3 pills while i was ovulating. my period is suppose to be here next thursday. So i dont know if i should wait to see if it comes or should i test now, i think if i test now it may be to early but i dont know

There are tests that advertise they can get an accurate result up to a week early. What exactly do the cramps on your left side feel like? How badly are they hurting? How long have you been having them exactly?

Depending on which pill you are on, you may not have actually ovulated when you normally would have. Some pills prevent ovulation from happening at all as one of the ways they prevent pregnancy. The other way they prevent pregnancy is by preventing the lining of the uterus from really thickening enough to support a pregnancy.

With that in mind, there is still a possibility of the pill failing, especially since you haven't been taking it properly. It's also possibly to have a tubal pregnancy, so if the pain on you left side gets to be really bad, you may want to get it check to be sure it's not a tubal pregnancy. Tubal pregnancies can become life threatening emergencies if they grow enough to rupture your tube.

Its not painful at all, its just weird cramping like it feels like theys something like a small ball pushing. its annoying. and im on loestrin 24 fe. And last week when i went to the bathroom and i whiped they were a tiny bit of blood and that was it. so idk if that is implantation bleeding.
