ive been wondering lately if its possible that im pregnant. if i am i would be very happy about it and excited. ive missed my birth control for the last 2 weeks. my last period was on the 27th of feb. which means i ovulated and was most fertile 3/10-3/15. we had unprotected sex the 10th, 11th, and 14th. including many times before and after that. i had what i think could have been implantation bleeding last week (a normal time for it to occur if i am) it lasted 3 days and was just light spotting. ive also been feeling really tired and ive thrown up and felt nausous a lot lately. im supposed to start ( or hope that i dont) my period on the 27th of this month. so i should be able to take a early pregnancy test on the 23rd. im really anxious though and dying to know if i really could be pregnant.

well i think you should definitely take the test.....chances are that you could be ....good luck!!!!! i have recently taken a pregnancy test and my results were negative but i still think i am pregnant. i haven't had my period since Feb.6,2007, possibly ovulated on Feb. 20, 2007, which is also the date in which we had sex. we are kind of in the same boat. i think you should take the test and consult your doctor.

There are a few things to touch on after reading your post. One issue about BCPs is that not all women ovulate immediately after stopping the pill. Did you start a new pack @ all? The 1st week of pills is the most crucial week. So, if you took the first week, then your chances of ovulating were slim (but not impossible). Now...when a woman is just beginning BCP, it could take her body up to 3 months to adjust. The same thing occurs when she stops BCP. It MAY take her body some time to get back into the routine of not being influenced by artificial hormones. So, don't be surprised if you have some spotting here and fatigue & nausea there. It's quite common when stopping BCP. However, there are some women who immediately ovulate once they stop or skip taking BCPs. If that happens and she conceives, then implanation generally happens around the time af is due. Another thing is...ovulation usually occurs anywhere from 12-16 days BEFORE af is due (not after). Given all that has been said, pregnancy is still a likely case (considering the acts of unprotected sex and possible ovulation). IMO, you should wait until af is due (or a few days later) b4 you test since you were on BCPs last month and would need to give your body some time to get into a routine. But if you're like most women here and are a POAS fanatic, then invest in some $ Tree tests and test away. GL!

Yeah, you had a lot going on as far as taking your BCPs are concerned. Starting and stopping the pill the way you did can most definitely cause whacky cycles as well as ovulation. If only you could just pick one, right? I sure hope that you are pg too, hun. I know that waiting can be pure agony sometimes; but it's usually in our best interest. GL to ya and let us know the results when you test.

it is VERY possible you could be prego! Good luck to you! If I may suggest: EPT has a new digital test out that is incredibly accurate and affordable. It's easy to read and has a very quick response time.

Again, good Luck and best wishes! :)
