Could the test be wrong?

Hello!
I am new to this board but hoping for some reassurance.
I took a pg test two nights ago, it had a very faint line so I tried again in the morning and again, a faint line. I was feeling a little queasy the last few days but didn't really think anything of it. I called the dr. yesterday and they had me go to the office to do a blood test. Last night I had a very little red discharge (sorry to be graphic) and this morning a brownish discharge but very little. If I am pg, I am very early so could it be implantation or could the test be wrong?
I should tell you that my first pg ended in an m/c (I now have a wonderful 14 month old boy) but I am panicked that I might be going thru something bad again.
Just thought you could help keep me calm.
Thank you,
SS

We actually want our kids to be 2 years apart. My mom thinks I am nuts, maybe I am but time will tell.
Thank you Nelly and I will let you know what the dr. says.
Hope everything goes well with you too.
