Cramping 1 week after ovulation

Hello ladies,
Here is my dilemma. My last cycle Nov-Dec was 29 days long, probably due to me just coming off of the pill. According to my ovulation calendar, based on the first day of my LMP (Dec 26th) I should have been ovulating on the 9th or 10th. My BF and I had sex on the 5th and the 10th. Now about a week later I am feeling crampy, almost like AF is on her way, but she's not due until next week! It's a little early for implantation, but could it be?? Any thoughts would be great...we were not trying or expecting, but obviously we were not being very careful...lol. Thanks so much ladies!

Ok well I think maybe AF is just on her way early. I say that because outside of the cramping ( which is still pretty intense) the only other symptom i'm really having is that my nipples are very very sore, but not my entire breast and they don't seem much longer either ( sorry if TMI) I don't know if maybe i'm talking myself down from the whole pregnancy thing or not. I guess we will see. I will wait to test until i'm offically late...1-24-07

Hi,
I am starting to think that you can have implantation cramping that early because I am in the EXACT same boat you are, I ovulated the 10-15 (according to a chart I got online) and for the past 4 days (well this will be day 5 but so far ive not had any cramps) I have had cramping as well and had the same question. I guess we will both find out next week..........and as far as your nipples being sore is that something that is normal for you around your cycle? I never got sore boobs with my first child so I have no idea what that is all about or what it feels like but I would think that if that is not normal for you to feel that during your cycle then that could be a sign for you?

Glad someone else is in the same boat...because now i'm completely confused. To answer your question first...normally around AF, my bb's are tender, but nothing like this! My nipples are so sore it hurts to put my bra on!! (sorry if TMI!) Back to the reason i'm confused...i started spotting today...i felt like it was full blown AF time this morning, but it was only slight brown spotting. Still having cramping just like AF...so I'm just waiting for her to show her face tonight or tomorrow. I wasn't TTC really, I say really because we weren't using any protection, so I actually had myself excited. We will see though. If I don't get AF tomorrow, I may test Tuesday morning. I will keep you posted...you do the same and good luck!! Baby dust to both of us!

You should get a first response pregnancy test I took one today and got 2 lines the one is very faint but it is there and I am not due to start until between the 26th and 29th and you should start before me so you should be able to test this soon as well...also your spotting could be implantation bleeding............Good Luck to you......I am going to test again friday morning to make sure!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!! That is so exciting..hopefully it sticks and i'm sure it will.
My news is not so happy however: AF (or what I thought was AF) came on full force yesterday...with pain worse than anything I've ever experienced. I couldn't get myself up off the floor I was cramping so badly. Immediately my BF called the doctor knowing something wasn't right. They did a blood test and we found out today that I was pregnant...probably for longer than i had thought was even possible. No need for a d&c however...they think it will resolve on it's own and they couldn't find any reason for the loss. It's tough, but I think it's made my bf and i realize that we are more than ready to take this step and as soon as it's safe we will be back to trying. So keep your fingers crossed for me and I will certainly keep mine crossed for you, for a safe and happy pregnancy!! Best of luck!
