Digital Clear Blue Easy....??

OK... has anyone used the digital clear blue easy test? I used one this evening and it said "not pregnant" when I went to take out the disposable stick the one that actually determines the test, I noticed a second faint line. Could that be a positive but not strong enough to have the test say positive. I checked another unused stick and it did'nt show any lines at all on it. The second line showed up right away so I don't think it's a evaporation line. Ugh... advice please... I'm going crazy. I have some PG symptoms but they could also be AF symptoms.

Hey,

Today I took a regular clear blue easy test and I think I saw a pos sign. One of the lines was very faint. Then I took the digital version and it said "not pregnant" so how can one test be pos and the other one be neg?keep in touch.

OMG! I was just about to post this very question!!!

I too took a Digi CBE and it said "not pregnant" but I got a faint second line. I just dismissed it because at the time I took the test, I had already had a period, my husband was at sea, so I couldn't have gotten pregnant and it be "too soon" to test. I would have been 5 or 6 weeks pg. But I've been feeling SO SICK for weeks!!! I always want to throw up. Either if I don't eat AND after I eat. I don't think the sickness is in my head because I seriously don't think I'm pregnant. But today I really started thinking about that second line and how my husband is back but I'm still so sick. (I figured maybe it was nerves from him being deployed or something.)

I don't understand what is going on!!! Do all digi CBE's show a faint second line?!? I think I'm going to call the number on the back of the box!

OK, I just called and of course no one is actually there to talk to me on a Saturday, but I listened to the FAQ and one of them was about the lines on the test stick. We are told "to disregard the lines on the stick as they are not meant to be read visually." So I guess the lines mean nothing.

Well I took a Digital CBE test yesterday, exactly one day before my AF was to start and it came back reading PREGNANT, and when I looked at the stick there were two distinct dark pink lines. Last cycle I was overdue for Af by 3 days which is unusual for me and tested with the Digital CBE test and both came back reading NOT PREGNANT so I believe they are pretty accurate. But I do believe the best test out on the market is the e.p.t. test. I went out and bought one today and plan on taking it in a few minutes just to be sure. So I am anxious and praying, so I hope and pray that everything works out for you and I suggest getting an e.p.t. test to be on the safe side, although no test is 100% guaranteed, but I do know that it is easier to get a false negative than a false positive. I wish you the best and some baby dust to ya, keep me posted. :)

Girls,

Sorry to disappoint, but a couple of months ago I took A CBE Digital and it said "Not Pregnant". As soon as I pulled the test strip out, there was a distinct faint blue line. I was not pregnant. You CANNOT go by the "faint lines" on that test. That's why I won't buy another one. When you see that faint line, even the the test says "not pregnant" it gives you that little bit of hope. I would suggest FRE. When I got pregnant with my son a couple of years ago, I tested several different brands. I tested positive at 11 DPO with FRE and EPT. They were the strongest, darkest lines.

Thanks everyone for responding. I will just disregard the test. I am going to wait a few more days before I test (if I can). I'm not late yet but very anxious. I feel like I could be, but I have been down this road before.

Hi Carolina45, last month when it said "not pregnant" did you notice two lines on the test stick? Good luck and I hope you get a BFP with the other test! :)

ladies, it is my understanding that two lines will appear no matter what with the digital one. but let me tell you that i got a pregnant with it (i am so it doesn't lie about that!) and when i pulled the test stick out the line was so dark that the control line was barely there! but you cannot go by the test stick, go by the writing like the directions say because even if not pregnant there will be a faint second line. i have no idea why. also the digital tests at 50miu's (from what i heard) and the cbe early result test tests at 20 or 25 mius'. so i wouldn't be using the digital if you are trying to get an early bfp! i would stick with FRE or answer earliest result! hth!!
