25 Nose bleeds/gum bleeds

26 Hair thickening or sometimes loss

27 Oily skin/breakouts

28 Back pain

29 Frequent urination

30 Loss of Appetite.

Now.. These are just the ones I remember in my search for all possible PG symptoms. No one has to have ALL of these, and if they did, I would feel Soooooo bad for them :)

You may have many, a few, or none!

Now for some Facts

Yes, You can still have a "period" while PG

Yes, You can get PG on the Pill, with a tubal ligation, rarely with a vasectomy-bit its been done-On any Birth control for that matter, if you had sex on your period, and even if he didn't "ejaculate" in you, but you were still playing around and some got on you in that general area.

Yes, You may not have one single sign of pregnancy, but still be pregnant

Yes, It is possible for some women to be pregnant for 2, 3, even 4 months before it shows up on any test. Most women blame that on a thyroid problem -- FYI All most all people in the world have either a hypo- or a hyper- thyroid. --

Yes, You may have every sign of pregnancy, and not be pregnant, blame it on an Anovulatory period, in which, you "skip" a period. But, by you doing that, You build up Estrogen, and that causes PG symptoms.

If you have experiencing some these symptoms (amazing list by the way) - which I am having quite a few - does that mean that something will show up on a pregnancy test - or do you still have to wait till your missed period?

Sure you could have some of these symptoms at 3 weeks of pregnancy, you could have all or none, it just depends on how your body reacts to the new hormones!!

and

You can test now, but, I think you should wait at least 3 days from the start of your period, and then if it comes out negative, I would test once a week till you get your period! but, if it doesn't show up, and all test read negative and you have an inkling you are pregnant, than you just might be!

As I said, you can be pregnant without haveing a positive blood/urine test.

Good luck!

Hi-

Where did you get that information re: women blaming it on their thyroids? Is there any truth to that? I'm jsut curious b/c i have NO thyroid and i haven't been late since my first pregnancy and have never spotted which i did this time around but my HPT has come out negative even though i'm now 11 days late. I went to the dr's on friday to get bloodwork done but it doesn't come back til tomorrow (monday) and she said she suspected i was, suspected it enough to give me prenatal vit's.

so sorry so long an explanation i just wanted to know where you got that info on the thyroid issues.

Hi-

Anyone have an explanation for the veins thing? I have been looking at my bbs in the mirror b/c they haven't been sore and they don't feel bigger so i wanted to see if i noticed any visual changes so there i've been in front of the mirror and a good light. in the last day i've noticed the appearance of a very long blue vein running sideways down my right breast. It is so pronounced you can alsmost feel the ridge thru my skin and i KNOW it was not there before.

any advice??

About the thyroid, most times when a women is pregnant and have a negative test, they can blame it on a thyroid problem.

However, there are other causes, my sister, for instance, didn't ever show up on a urine test and one a blood test, not until nine or ten weeks. She has a perfectly normal thyroid. So, as you can see, it just depends on you :)

About the veins, when you body is preparing for childbirth, your breats start to produce milk. Well, while they do that, they need an increased supply of blood, therefore you see your veins more prominately.

I was going through the list and felt like I've had a lot of the symptoms. But AF did come today on the 49 day of my cycle. My cycles are irregular anyway usually ranging between 28-35 days with the average being 34 days. I don't remember it ever being this late. How can you still have you period and be pregnant? It seems like normal AF.

Thanks for that long list of symptoms. I have several of them and am beginning to think that I am pregnant. One of them is that I am several days late for my period....however I did get a period last month. And if I am calculating this right...I would have conceived before that period. Is it true that you can still get a period while pregnant?

Again everything is pointing in the right direction....sex during ovulation, extreme tiredness, dizziness, breast tenderness, back pain, slight cramping, white creamy discharge, and now a late period....only confused about the period that came last month on time. Again did not conceive this past month as my husband was not in town anywhere near ovulation time.

Confused...but about to go for pregnancy test.

You had said to listen to your body, but when does listening to your body turn into looking for the symptoms? I took a test this morning (Iknow it was to early being I get my period on Thrusday) and it was negative. So I kept telling myself that I was not pregnant. But my bb's seem to be getting more sore as the days go and I still do feel the nausia. So like I started out saying is when does listening turn into looking?
