Well, I got pregnant with twins using the pull out method, so I don't believe its a 'method' as much as its something to do to delay pregnancy. Eventually, one of those sperm is going to escape and make a mad rush to your egg.
It sounds like your cycle is on the long side lately. That could be for a number of reasons, but without knowing how long your cycles normally are, I could speculate 'til the cows come home and not even be close...
The only ways to know for sure are testing and seeing if AF arrives. The symptoms could just be PMS or they could be pregnancy related. The hormone that's responsible for PMS is progesterone. The thing is is that progesterone is also produced when you are pregnant, so you can never know for sure whether you are having a PMS symptom or pregnancy symptom without a positive test.
