I am having questions about if I'm pregnant. I have a 3 year old daughter, but when I took my first test with her I was 2 months when I found out. I'm sorry, I don't know many symptoms of thinking you're pregnant. I never got morning sickness or tender breasts,I just gained 85 lbs. Two days ago, I took a home test (clear blue easy, digital)and it came out negative. I have always started my cycle on or before the 25th of every month, I'm never late, not even one day. I don't take any kind of birth control, and haven't since before I got pregnant with my daughter, so there is nothing to alter or disturb my cycle. Please help?

I'm in the same boat. I have not been late in years, actually 4 years since my first pregnancy. Additionally, I never get spotting ever (I'm like a nuclear clock I'm so regular) and I did a week after sex took place at the beginning of september. I am now 11 days late but my HPT's have come out negative. I went to the ob/gyn on friday and will get my test results back tomorrow-the doc says she thinks i may be but i have no swollen breasts (altho the centers of the nipples are raised and white) and barely any symptoms, either tht or i'm afraid to recognize the symptoms in the event i get all excited and all for nothing.

So, sorry to ramble on but my point being if you are like clockwork like i am, its very nerve-wracking to be late and still get a negative (b/c you 'know' your own body) so maybe you should just go take a blood test. I've been hearning from other people who've had the same problem who HAVE been pregnant after all. My dr says that altho the HPTs can tell you positive if they are coming out negative and still not feeling right to get the bloodwork done b/c the HPT is only as good as the factory turning them out.

I hope tomorrow that I can tell everyone I've been posting back and forth with that the blood test was indeed the right choice and to heck with the HPT's!!!
