Did anyone ever use a first response and get a faint line? How far apart were the lines? Are they really close together, or more like this"..."? Any help would be great right now.

I used the First Response test yesterday, and today and got a faint line both times. The lines were'nt really close together but i was still unsure so i used another test that has two seperate windows and also got a faint line, then I went to my doctors to get confirmation, but his test came up negative. I asked him for a blood pregnancy test and I'll find out on Friday. I think if you had a faint line that you should get a blood test because although my docs test was -, I have "the feeling" Best of Luck!!!!!

I took 2 first response....1 today and 1 last night.... and they both have a faint second line....I called my Dr. and they said I am probabley preggo because the only thing that sets the line off is the HCG hormone.....but for me to test again on Friday and the line should be darker...

Good Luck to you ......

Yes, that's the one I used with my DD. My AF was due on Saturday and I took the test that previous Monday and got a very very faint line. But a line none the less. I don't remember how far apart they were, but if it's a line that's good enough! I think it was probably like this "." just for the record. " obviously being the lines. Good Luck!

I used that HPT also. I got a negative at night. I took one the next morning and got two lines...somewhat apart from each other, but not too far. The one line was a little bit lighter than the first line but it was still very visible. The weird thing...I went in to the doc to have it confirmed, negative (but I went in the afternoon). She said those tests are so accurate...that I'd still be pretty early on for it to pick up, except for with first morning urine. I go back either tomorrow or Monday. Anybody else have something similar?

me me me!!! i took one last night (due on saturday for AF) i got the faintest of lines. so light that you could barely, barely see it. my dh wondered if it was an error b\c it was so light. but it did appear within the first minute. however, the line is quite dark on that stick today after the moisture evaporated out. i plan to test in the morning tomorrow. my lines were spaced a bit apart, like the drawing or picture on the box. i am under the impression that a line is a line. we'll see tomorrow!!

good luck to all of you too!!!!

Hello everyone, My name is Krystal I am 22 yrs old and new to this board. I've been watching and reading for about a week now. I'm due for AF 10/30. I took a First Response Early test today, and got a neg. But, I swore I saw a faint, faint, faint line.

Of course, I showed the girl I work with (I took the test at work), and she didn't see it, but then said she kinda could. I was planning on taking one tomorrow morning but now that I just took this one today, I think I'm going to TRY to wait till this weekend, I probably won't be able too.... Oh ya, Did I mention I have taken five (Yes, Five) hpt's so far????? LOL.... I'm the most inpatient person EVER.
