In Sept. I was two days late for what I thought was my period. I spotted one night and then had my so called "period" for only 30 hours. I thought it was weird, but none the less I thought I had gotten my period. A few days later, I still had tingling sensation in my nipples and I thought that was weird. I took a test (5 days after I originally was due for my period) and it was negative. One and half weeks later I started spotting and that I was getting my period again, but it never got heavier that spotting. I took a test and found out that I was pregnant and just happened to be miscarrying then. Two weeks Oct. 6th I got a full fledge period, heavy and 5-6 days long. I was due for my next period on 11/5, I spotted on the night of the 6th and then started a "period" yesterday, but it was very light (only half of the tampon was filled) and only with more brown than bright red. Today I stopped wearing anything and I have had only light brown on the toilet paper. I am scared I am repeating what happened in Sept. Do you think my progesterone levels are low and that is why I am bleeding. Also today, I started having stronger tingling sensations in my nipples again. If it continues I will take a hpt tomorrow. Do you girls think I could be pregnant again? If I am do you think I have a good chance of losing it. Do you think I should start progesterone. If it is positive I will go to Dr on Mon. I am so confused, why can't this just be easy? Has anyone had multiple pregnancies and always bled in the beginning and that was just normal for them? Please help!!!!

By the way, I only had mild cramping on Monday and then start spotting until thursday. And I don't have any cramps like I would with a "normal" period. Only hip and low back "aches".

unless you've had multiple miscarriages in the past or know you have a weak cervix or something like that, i wouldn't be too concerned about having another miscarriage just yet. the majority of the time, a miscarriage is caused by a problem with the fetus. good luck!
