Hi,

I am supposed to fly to Los Angeles in a few weeks to appear and workout on the new TaeBo infomercial. I just found out I was pregnant..so I am very early right now..maybe 4 weeks. By then I will be about 6-7 I need to make a decision as to whether or not I should still go. The doctor said it wouldn't be a problem and that I should exercise. But I have several concerns. 1. Is Tae Bo too intense? I get way sweaty when doing it and I've heard that it is not good to overheat while pregnant. Does that go for early pregnancy too? 2. What if I start getting morning sickness on the plane or while I am there. 3. If I use up all my vacation days to go there, what happens if between now and December, I get ill or need to take off of work for the dr. or something..would it be wise to not have any days left to take? With all those things in mind, I cannot make a decision and would like some advise. I think I am just worrying too much. My doctor appointment isn't until after that..and I just think, well maybe I'm not even pregnant. I took 4 test and they were all +, so doctor says that it is accurate. Of course this is a once in a lifetime opportunity, but so is a child. I just don't know what direction to head in and I need to decide NOW! What if I pass up the opportunity and I'm not even really preganant. I just don't know what to do. Please help!

First of all calm down.. If the tests say you are pregnant then you are..Let it sink in..Next step.. If this is something you have wanted to do,then do it..Its okay to exercise if you have been already doing this before you got pregnant.. If you have to tone it down a notch then do so.. My instructors have taught aerobics till the day they gave birth.. I am an aerobics instructor and will decide to keep teaching even when i get pregnant..Its all about how you feel and what u think is safe..Your doctor has already said it is okay.. But remember, it is up to YOU.. Think clearly and YOU decide.. Goodluck with whatever you decide to do..
