Hi everyone wish you all the best of luck.

Ok now I need help from everyone and anyone. My Last normal MP was May 11th 2003. I didnt get one in june or july and my cycle is like clock work . I always get AF on the 11th of each month. But by skipping june and july 11th I thought I was preg but all three of my urine test came back negative ----'s. But on July 26th I started to spot pink blood then it turned brown, then brown and pink, then lite red and it came off and on. could that have been implantation bleeding? are you able to O with out AF? could that have been a miscarriage? or a sign of one? could AF have came early? and why?. Can someone please help me please. hope it snot too many question. And if it was AF when should I Ovulate and when should me and DH bid?

Thx to all you ladies the post and good luck to all

Baby dust to everyone and extra for me(lol)

Your July 26 episode could have been either a very early AF or it could have been ovulation bleeding (I'm not terribly familiar with ovulation bleeding, since I don't get it myself). If you get your next AF about two weeks after July 26, my guess is that it was just ovulation bleeding.

You may wish to start charting your BBT - this will be very useful to you in understanding when you are ovulating. (For example, had you been charting you would be able to see if your bleeding corresponded with the temp spike of ovulation.) I recommend the book "Taking Charge of Your Fertility" - it's got all the tips and tricks of temp charting and how to interpret the results.

Good luck!

No problem Lateesha. I bought the book online at www.amazon.com; I believe you can find it at a local Barnes & Noble or Borders bookstore as well. I know they also have some links to buy the book from right here at ivillage (there's probably one somewhere on this message board page). Like I said, I'm not too familiar with ovulation bleeding since it doesn't happen to me, but the TCOYF book does have a section about it.

Good luck!

Just thought I would drop in and give you some info on ovulation bleeding. Hormones during you menstrual cycle signal a folicle (or many folicles) to mature and fill with fluid. As ovulation nears another set of hormones (can't remember which ones) signal the folicle to burst. After the folicle bursts it releases its own hormone to stop the maturation of other folicles. When the folicle bursts to release an egg it can cause a few drops of blood to be released with the egg (and also leaves a permenant scar on the ovary).

Implantation bleeding usually occurs from 3-5 days after conception (I also keep hearing of it occuring up to 7 days past ovulation). When the egg burrows into the uteran wall it can burrow deep enough to cause some spotting, or even brown blood (old blood) from tissue or blood that wasn't expelled from the uterus in the previous cycle. Implantation can also be assosiated with menstrual-like cramps about 5-7 days past ovulation.

I hope some of this info helps. The only way to know for sure what is going on with your body is to see your doctor.
