HI all..i've been posting in the conception chronicles but this is where i should have posted anyways..i'm sorta new but i just have this terrible problem..my boyfriend and i are in college and right now a baby would devastate our carreers first off i guess i had a question or let me just explain the situation..on july 1st my boyfriend was touching his penis and what not and about 10 minutes later he came into our room and began touching me and "fingering" me well thats all that happened that night and july 5th i got my period as planned normal and everything..however i am on birth control and i take it faithfully every night so what are the chances the i am really pregnant and its just when we fooled around it was 4 days before my period so it was too soon to affect it???? i dont feel any different i jsut get anxiety and i havent slept in days thinking about it..in the morning i feel sick but its not due to the "pregnancy" i dont think, its because of my anxietyyy PLSSSS help someone i am at lost and i need all the feedback i can get...o0o p/s if i try to take a pregnancy test i think i'll pass out my heart will literally stop i'm sooo afraid..thanks for the help

First of all, sperm doesn't live outside the human body that long unless frozen (i.e. sperm bank). Second, if you are taking your birth control like you say you are, you have a 99% chance of not getting pregnant, even with unprotected sex (not encouraging). Third, you can only get pregnant when you are ovulating, which most of the time, is not 4 days before your cycle. It normally takes about 2 weeks from your ovulation day to have your period. In that two week time period, the egg you produced at ovulation is traveling down the fallopian tubes into the uterus where it is flushed out by your menstral cycle if it is unfertilized. So don't worry about it because I am pretty sure you are not, by no means, pregnant from the situation you described.
