I was just wondering how likely it would be to get pregnant 2 days after you ovulated? I havnt been temping or taking ovulation kits Ive just been keeping track of my periods, Im alwayse on time and then looking up my fertile days on the internet. I know this month we werent going to activly try for varies reasons but we did end up having unprotected sex 2 days after my calender said I ovulated, so I was just curious what the chances were. I dont think I am because Ive been getting my normal period cramps and bloaty gassey feeling but I also felt that when I was pregnant with my daughter.
Thanks!!!

Hello,

It takes 7-10 days past ovulation for implantation to occur. Only then will you feel any symptoms. Also going by internet calenders alone is not a good idea. I normally O between cycle day 13 and 14. I Oed this cycle on CD10. Had I not been using OPKs and taking my temp, I never would have known. I have even Oed on CD15.

Women do not always have textbook O dates. You can still have a

TTC to conceive #1 officially since 2001. Dh had Varicocele surgery 2005 and has low sperm count. Dh tried Clomid..it didnt really help, HSG in 1999 and 2005, Charting since Jan 2006, <

Ovulation times can vary of course, so there's always the chance... however, don't forget the 20% rule! Even when all conditions are perfect, there is only a 20% chance of actual fertilization.
