Well, took hpt this morning. It was faint neg. I am going to call sometime today and see if my blood test is back yet. I'm sooooo bummmed!! I am almost 3 months late. It's not like I miss af, but it would be nice to know what is going on if I'm not preg. I really thought I was. Wish me luck with the blood test.

Thanks to everyone who helped me out!

If you don't mind my asking, what the heck is a faint negative? I've only heard of a faint positive!

Of course I don't mind you asking! I didn't know what to call it but, when I took the test this morning it was a neg, but it was so light that I could hardly see it. So, I am hoping that maybe I didn't hold the test in my urine long enough (or missed the stream most of the time) because I was half asleep.

OH WOW!!!!!!! I was going to type the exact same question - I'm totally freaking out!

I too tested this morning, my AF is due today. I took the Clear Blue Easy Test - with the control box. The line in the Control box was BRIGHT and BOLD and BLUE, but the minus sign in the test box was very, very faint blue - after a couple minutes it actually got even lighter. Is a negative a negative or.....is it possibly just too soon to test?

You have totally brought my hopes back up!!!!!! Wishing us all luck!!!!!!

My step mother never got a BFP when she was pregnant with my sister, even when she was showing! It was quite strange, maybe something to do with her chemical make-up. Anyhow, my little sis is a happy, healthy 12 year old today.

yeah, it could just have been a "didn't hold it in the stream long enough" thing....

next time, get a plastic container (i like to use a washed yogurt container, cuz i can just throw it away then) and catch the sample in there, then dip the stick. much easier, and you don't have to bother with aiming, lol. you simply dip the stick the same ammount of time that they want you to hold it in the stream.. i found it was MUCH easier for me this way~ or you could use a paper cup- that's what the dr's office has you use, so why not??
