Okay... I know that many, many of you use the First Response Early HPT. Well, here is my question... Two days ago I used Answer Early and it was BFN (couldn't get an more negative... there was ablolutely NO SIGN of another pink line- I couldn't even tell where it was supposed to be). Question- I took a First Response Early this morning and from the naked eye, if I was not looking close, it looked negative, but at closer look, I could see the very faintest place where the line was supposed to be (it was not stark white negative like the Answer Early)... okay, finally the question... for those of you who keep First Response Early in business, do you usually see the faintest line or is it supposed to be completely white like you're not even supposed to be able to tell where the line will show up?

Here is a little more info. The last AF visited on 8/25, but I know that I ovulated on the 9th (I could feel it and it was confirmed by a detection kit), so I am 11 dpo today (I know, still a little early, but I am so anxious). I don't think there is one symptom that I don't have, but I just went off the pill not to long ago and it could be a side effect from that. The most striking are the BUCKETS AND BUCKETS of saliva in my mouth, the nausea, and the tender, hurt to even touch BB. I know that I should wait until at least a few more days to test again, but please let me know what you see when you get a negative on First Response Early (can you tell where the line is supposed to be?)...

Thank you so much!!!! and TONS of baby dust to all!!! Sorry this is so long for such a simple question!

Well, I used tons of First Response tests last cycle and I ended up not being pregnant. The BFN results I had were "absolutely NO line, not even a clue where line should be no matter at what angle I turned the test, inside light, bright light, outdoor light". So, if you saw a faintest sign of a line, you are probably pregnant but do not have enough of the hormone yet to show on test. Your symptons sound promising so try to wait a few days (I know...it's hell) and test again, line should get darker if you really are and it is not a chemical pregnancy. I would use FRE again, i love that test brand.

Good luck!

Anyone had the experience that you see the very faintest of a line and end up not being pregnant? When I say faint, I mean VERY faint (and I don't think I am seeing things... heehee).

Thanks!!
