Good morning from Nebraska. Anyway, I broke down and took a test today a cheap Target brand, (I took my 4 day clear blue easy tests on Aug 9--I took both, I guess I was hoping for a positive) anyway, those were negative and this morning, too. I thought my AF would be here by now or the spotting 2 days prior anyway. Still cramping like she is coming, but have (or think I have) symptoms. Cramping, sore bbs, heartburn, more tired than usual and that plain old intuition (ive been wrong before, though ):--) I guess I will take my other cheap test on Friday if AF hasn't shown her ugly head. ----so what do you think? Can I still be?

I am being a bit impractical about exquisite timing. I am a teacher and would love to finish the next school year off with maternity leave. With DD (7-2-01) I had to go back to teaching when she was not quite 6 weeks old---THAT was a killer. We start back next week, its very hard leaving a 2 year old, too (: . I mention this because you would think I could remember all the twinges and feelings, but I don't think I was so in tune with every little thing before.

I am also turning 33 in Sept.DH is 29. This concerns me, too. I had a younger brother who passed away of a genetic disorder. Though his condition (Trisomy 18) is not considered to run a high heriditary rate, I know risks inrease at 35.

Thanks to all of you for letting me just go on and on.

Take Care and Good Luck

Danielle

Thanks for letting

Are you late? Pregnancy symptoms and PMS are so much alike it is almost impossible to tell the diffrence !Some woman dont test ++ untill 1 week late and by you saying you have a intuition im thinking maybe your pregnant and its just to early to show on a test. I know what you mean I have 4 kids and I knew with my last 2 that i was pg and when i got a -- I was very upset because I just knew I was !With my 4ht I had the same cramping without a period -- doc urine and was indeed pg ! What happened was implantion didnt occur untill the time af was due and my hcg was slow rising ! This may be the case for you to !Hugs!

Danielle,

I'm a teacher, too. So I know how you feel about wanting the timing to be right. (I teach pre-school, though, at a PDO program. If my baby were to be the right age, I could take the baby with me.) I thought I was pregnant last month: nausea, fatigue, food aversion, and yes a late af. It wasn't so.

I can't give you any advice, but I can commisserate. I hope it is your month. I'm pretty sure this won't be my month. I think I o'ed, and dh was just "too tired" to bd. So I'm giving it one more month, then we're waiting for next year.

Well, I'm spreading baby dust to you. Good luck.
