Is it true that men's s counts(sorry I don't know the abrev. for anything) do not deplete each time. If I O ten days late will AF be ten days late also. Do you usually get pms symptoms ( pimples, mild cramps, soreness) and then not get AF. any comments will help thanks.

men's count - it seems like maybe the second time in one day might not have as high of concentration....but if you're talking about over time, it's drop is very very gradual. many men continue to produce sperm (and some even father children) into their 80s or 90s! women are born with however many eggs they're going to have...men just have glands that produce sperm. usually, as they get older, they don't produce quite as many or the ones they produce aren't quite as strong, but they're still spitting 'em out! (yes, pun was intended. *hehe*)
O date - maybe not 10 days late, but probably later than normal. the reason women often have irregular cycles? because they haven't started to ovulate at regular intervals yet. i've been told that AF usually comes about 14 days after ovulation, but i'm sure it varies by person. (i just went off b/c and never had any reason before to know when i was ovulating for sure, so i can't really speak from person experience on this.)
PMS symptoms - what few PMS symptoms i get, i don't get until after i'm bleeding. i suppose that makes them just MS, tho. many of the symptoms associated with pregnancy are also associated with PMS. they're often mistaken for each other by the hopeful women TTC and the scared sh!tless women who are suddenly faced with the possibility of pregnancy.
beyond that - i suspect you're new to the board and i'd like to welcome you. this is a wonderful place to learn all sorts of things about pregnancy and TTC. HI!!!!
