First of all STOP STRESSING about it. If you are pregnate, stress is not going to help anything. If you are not pregnate, you could actually be delaying your period because of the stress. Think ahead and relax. Try to set a date sometime next week that you will test again, and then don't think about it until then. You are not the first one to have this problem, it happens a lot.
In the mean time, concentrate on you. Try to get some extra rest and good nutrition. If you aren't already taking a good prenatal supplement, start now. Any woman in her childbearing years should be taking one, even if you aren't pregnate.
I'm not exactly sure how to even count if you're getting your period every two weeks. But let's look at this a bit differently for a moment. Your last period was Aug. 27th. If you were typical and had a 28 day cycle, you wouldn't even be late yet. In the event of pregnancy, it takes 7-10 days for implantation to occur. That in itself leaves me to wonder if you aren't testing too early. Also, if you are early, you wouldn't want to test at just any time of day. You'd want to test with first morning urine, as it has the highest concentration of HCG. I agree with the others. Stress is not going to help. At this point, I'd test again next week and give the dr a call if AF is still a no show or if the test is BFN. Hang in there.

Hopefully this helps.
