I'm Starting to Freak

Hi guys. I'm back. I originally posted a couple of weeks ago with what I thought were pg sypmtoms. My AF came 7/25 (about a week late). I tested prior and got three BFNs. TMI WARNING: I had intercourse last night and this afternoon, I noticed some pinkish discharge in my pantiliner. I immediately called my Dr's office and spoke to the advice nurse. I explained to her that I had a previously late cycle, tested negative, and told her about the intercourse and discharge. Her immediate response was that I test again in a week. Now I've read that some people take a couple of weeks after AF is supposed to show to get a BFP, but I've already had an AF. The cycle was I guess normal, except that I used less pads and the last day was a creamy pink flow instead of my normal browning. I've had some strange twinges/cramps since AF, as well as other odd sensations in my pelvic region.
I haven't been able to move my bowels regularly, and when I do, it's such an insufficient amount. My belly, which is normally "flabby" has started to get kinda hard. I'm thinking that's due to my slow moving bowels. I talked to a few girlfriends who've told me that they've had pinkish discharge after "vigorous" intercourse. I've had vigourous intercourse before, and have been sexually active for a while, but this is the first time I've seen this discharge. I know there's a first time for everything, but what's most unsettling is the nurse advising me to test again.
Has anyone ever heard of or experienced a similar situation, and the end result was a BFP? With the way that I've been feeling, I'm not sure if I can even tell what "normal" is anymore. Someone please help, because I'm truly freaking out.

Sorry to hear about your results, but at least now you can get busy TTC (hehe). I'm very nervous to take the test. Every morning when I wake up with a full bladder, I just think POAS already, but I sit on the toilet and let it go. I'm afraid, but once I do take it, I'll let you know.
See ya!
