Okay, here's the deal....

Got my period September 4 - it only lasted a couple of days (only have one ovary - don't know if that's why, but as I've got older.... am 35) Had sex 6th, 7th and 8th - he pulled out, but I'm still very nervous - not looking to get pregnant right now (new relationship) but have been worried as breasts have been a bit sore, some movement down below (though this could be ovulation and I could just be paranoid) is it as impossible, given the circumstances, as everyone (my friends) have been saying? Given that I wouldn't have been even close to ovulation???

Please tell me what you guys think???

Thanks in advance!!

Is it because I'm not desparate to be pregnant that nobody can be bothered to answer? Perhaps it would help to know that I am already a mother to a two year old - her father left me when she was two weeks old (and has no involvement financially or otherwise) -- it's not that I wouldn't love to have more children, but I really do not want to go through single-motherhood for a second time around and this was the first time me and this new man had sex. (And yes, of course I should have been more careful).

Really, if anyone has any thoughts, I'd love to hear 'em....

Hi!! O.K., so you made love two days after your period started? It's highly unlikely that you are pregnant. But not impossible. Three days before your period is due, do a First response p test. What I found to be the best way, is to pee in a cup and swirl the test around in the pee for a few seconds longer than it says to. you will probably get a neg result!!! If no period comes, do it again. Good luck.

Thank you so much for your reply - I am really hoping that I am just pms-ed - I started worrying about this two weeks after I had sex and I think that's when I was actually ovulating - anyway, symptoms are similar and I tend to be a bit of worrier.... But thanks for the feedback.
