Intense Cramping

Well, my husband and I started trying for a baby about a month ago, and I went off the pill at the same time. I am having all the classic signs of being pregnant, including darkening of my nipples and today I accidently even squeezed out some clear to white liquid (could it be milk this soon?) Anyway, I have had severe cramping only once or twice since I have thought I was pregnant. They aren't strange cramps, they are identical to what I used to get when I wasn't on the pill as a younger girl. Is it possible that my body is just reverting back? Because I did also have the light menstral like cramping at the time I would have been conceiving (if I am pregnant) and it was very mild.
A friend of mine told me that severe cramping can also signal a miscarriage. But, doesn't a miscarriage result in a period, because your body is disposing of the embryo? I haven't experienced this, and I haven't had bad cramping in about six days. My symtoms are continuing, and becoming more obvious.
I took a test this morning, which came back negative. I'm not even suppose to test until next week really, but I'm antsy. So, is it possible my body is just reverting back to it's old patterns?

I know that when you come off the pill your body does need to re-adjust but I have never heard of the liquid without being pregnant.. I dont know what that would be if you arent pregnant.. I have heard alot of ppl talkin about the First Response Early test.. I have never used one so I dont know how well they work.. you could always try one of those too.. Good luck to you.. let us know how it turns out!!
