Hi all.

I had written a few days back about the possibility I might be pregnant. I'm starting to get worried. I still feel pregnant, but continue to get negative tests (I'm 11 days DPO).

Is it possible to experience extreme fatigue, dizziness, stomach bloat, bb sensitivity, bb enlargement, headaches, nausea and vomiting (and I don't feel "sick" otherwise) as a result of PMS, rather than pregnancy? This has been going on since about 5 days after BD with my DH (except the vomiting, that was a few days later).

I just don't know. I was pregnant once before - exactly 10 years ago. I didn't test until the day I was due for AF, and the positive was very pale. But on the other hand, I don't know how sensitive the test was. I've been using the Clear Blue Easy tests, which are supposedly extremely sensitive.

I'm worried that if I am pregnant it might be ectopic - or that there's something seriously wrong with me that has nothing to do with pregnancy.

I'm going a bit crazy here. Can anyone relate?

I'm not an expert, but from what I've read the tests dont always show up straight away, wait until AF due, test again, would seem to be the best advice.. (i know that isnt going to help calm you down or make it any easier for you now though.

As far as the ectopic pregnancies go - there would be concern if you HAD a postive result followed by a negative one.

Hello, the same thing happened to me 6 mo ago...I felt all the symptoms and all tests were coming back (-) and I couldn't understand cause I was 10 days late...I finally went to my ob and told her, she took blood and also (-)...it turned out that I was under so much stress and not even knew it. Stress can cause you to miss your period (who knew??) The following month I started like normal. All I suggest is to have the blood test done as it is more accurate. I hope this helped you. Take care.

Oh yes, I can fully relate to going crazy, but at 11 dpo, it is still very early and acceptable that if you were pregnant, you might not get a positive hpt yet. Some women can take days or even weeks after the first missed period to get a positive hpt. It is just too early and there is simply nothing (that I know of anyway) you can do yet.

Hi, I've had 4 children and with the first 3 all the hpt's I took came back negative. The only pregnancy it worked for was my 4th. Go figure.

Thank you all so much for your support. I really appreciate it. I guess I'm just getting into a tailspin. Patience is a virtue I need to attain! :)

You're the best! :)
