Missed this time-could it be

I normally work like clockwork when it comes to my time but I'm now a week late and NO symptoms of PMS. Not even cramping but I do feel bloated. My husband and I use protection and I don't think I could be pregnant. I recently started a new job and I work around all women. Could that have changed my cycle? I was right on time last month but I had only been working 3 weeks. Thanks.

Typically when you switch jobs and work with women - the dominant AF woman will "semi-control" the AF of the women working with her. I have experienced this in the past as well.

But typically it takes several months for all the women to "sync up". I've not heard of anyone being a week late just for this reason. Maybe the stress of starting a new job has added to the delay.

But - you might also want to test. Sometimes protection does fail. Especially since you are having no signs of PMS.

Let us know how it goes or if you have more questions.

Hope you get the result you want.
