No symptoms either way

I'm kind of confused right now and I'm looking for some insight from anyone who's been in my situation.
I'm 23 years old. As of today, I'm officially on day 40 of my cycle (AF last came on 12/15/06). I've never had clockwork cycles but they've always been between 22 and 36 days. So 40 days to me seems extremely long. I usually temp every morning but I went on vacation for a couple weeks and temping slipped my mind through out most of it so I couldn't pin point when I ovulated. But my LP is around 14 days. On that vacation, my boyfriend and I weren't as careful as we should have been.
What's confusing me is my lack of symptoms or presence of unusual sypmtoms. Usually around a week before AF is supposed to come, my breasts get sore. So far, nothing. I get some strong cramping within a few days of AF and so far only mild cramping that just started yesterday. I'm usually a very patient person, but over the past few days, my boyfriend has been getting on my nerves a lot. That doesn't happen when AF is coming. Every once in a great while, I get heartburn but over the past couple weeks, I've had heartburn every other day. I've been incredibly thirsty and only water seems to taste right. Yesterday morning, I woke up feeling like I was going to be sick and that feeling stuck around all day. I also have this blood like taste in my mouth. Yesterday afternoon, I took a 2 hour nap and an hour or so later, I was tired again. I've had a decrease in appetite over the past week or so. My back has been hurting off and on for about a week now too. I'm feeling bloated 99% of the time.
If anyone can share their experiences with situations like this, I'd appreciate it. I'm just trying to figure out if I need to be making a trip to the store or if I should save my money. Thanks!!

Every pregnancy is different, so I may be a bit off in my presumptions, but you're either pregnant or genuinely sick with something. I'm worried about the bloody taste in your mouth. Everything else could be a pregnancy symptom except for the mouth thing unless your gums are bleeding (which I don't think they should be doing just yet). But you definitely need answers.
It's your choice of what to do first: wait a bit longe to see if everything continues, call your doctor (whether you're sick or pregnant, he/she could help you), or go to the store.
