ok here it is..
i am 21 years old and my guy and i had a "oops" late on 2\17-2\18 the condom broke and neither of us realized it until it was too late. as far as my periods go, i have never in my whole 12 years of having it gotten cramps, bloating is barely even noticeable, and these other things women talk about are nothing i have experienced. (my friends say im lucky..lol) well i had slight cramping about 4 or 5 days after the oops night, and it has been off and on since. my stomach looks like what friends call pms bloating, but i havent experienced that before, so i dont know. i have also had a headache and off and on nausea. we would love to have children, however we werent exactly trying, so i am not sure what to even look for.
so to be on the safe side i havnt been drinking or doing things that could harm a potential baby (better safe than sorry) but i am going nuts trying to figure out what to do. i have been doing the waiting game and its killing me not knowing whats going on..lol

my question is this:
how soon can i take a test? can pms "symptoms" just appear after 12 years of nothing? (i have heard womens bodies change alot..lucky us haha) does anyone prefer one home test to another?

like i said, we both want kids, but neither of us really researched anything because we have been fine for 5 years lol

anything from advice to personal experience is appreciated. i have read alot of posts on here and yall give great advice :)

thanks so much

You can take a test up to a few days before your missed period. Some of us though are addicts and keep testing sooner. I did get my + 10 DPO with this PG. Now my son took almost 2 mths to get a +.

The best test I could find that most women on here use is from the Dollar store. It is made by Inverness, and Yes it is a dollar! So you can test your heart out.

Your body can change at anytime and you are still young. Your enviorment plays a part in it too.

Here is a good website for information on different tests.
