Ovulation?

Hi - This is my second month off of the pill - I was on it for over 5 years. My question may sound stupid, but I am not really very familiar with ovulation symptons. I think I ovulated around the 14th (my last period stared on 8/31) and I was wondering if it is normal to experience sore/sensative breasts during or right after ovulation? For the past few days, my breast have been really sore - it hurts to take off my bra or to touch the nipple area. Any info would be appreciated.

Thanks.....

When you ovulate some women get a pain in the pelvic area which is called Mittelschmerz.

You may also have cervical mucus (CM) sometimes it is described as dry, milky, egg white or sticky. Around the time of ovulation, it is clear and sometimes stretchy (like egg-whites). There is also a temperature increase. When I ovulate I have sore nipples, the pain, CM, and a temp. increase. Hope this helped and good luck to you!
