Your period is your uterus shedding all of the lining because there has been no conception. Implantation bleeding is what some women have when the embryo embeds itself into the lining of the uterus, causing some irritation and light bleeding. hope that helps.
generally, implantation bleeding will be lighter and not last as long....also, it's likely to be different in color. more pink or brown than your normal AFs are. but many people are unsure of which they have experienced until they find out whether or not they are pregnant.
Well implantation should be light and last only a day or two MAX. Pink tinged is the term I believe - LOL sounds gross. Period is of course, your period you should know what that is like - lol.
