I have a few questions. I'm on the pill, and i have been for about a year now, and it always seemed to work fine, my periods were always regular and that sort of thing. Well last month, i was on the third week of pills in my pack, and my period started. there was still supposed to be another week of active pills left and then my blanks where i'd get my period. this startled me, and everything seemed to get out of whack. my first question is if it's possible that i could have had implantation bleeding, even though my period still continued through the normal week it was supposed to (although it was significantly lighter and less painful)?? i went to my doctor but she didn't give me very musch information...
since then, i continued with my next pack of pills as usual, but this past week (week 2 of the pack) my breasts have swollen and my nipples have gotten very sore and sensitive, and i've been feeling extra tired and i've had a queezy stomach. also i've been getting frequent headaches (which is very unusual for me, i hardly EVER get headaches) and i've had some lower abdominal pains as if i was constipated. ALSO i feel very very bloated and i can't eat very much at one time without feeling sick, and some foods and smells make me feel sick to my stomach (which is also very unusual). so even though i was on my pills, and i have never missed a pill and i follow the directions properly, could i be pregnant?? i am waiting and waiting to take a pregnancy test becuase i need to scrape up some money to buy one (i don't work, i'm still in school). i know i'm too young to have a baby, but i've always known that i want to be a mom.... am i maybe tricking myself into believing i'm pregnant when really i can't be because of my pills???? i'm really confused...
sorry this post is so long!!
i'd really really appreciate some advice
thank you so much :)

If you have taken the pill faithfully, your body should not ovulate. If your body does not ovulate you can't get pregnant. Some BCP can make you gain weight, and cause your breasts to 'swell' - mine grew a full cup size when I began to take the pill regularly. But if you continue to have symptoms, and you miss your next period, take a test just to be sure. And if you still have symptoms and the test is negative, go to the doctor and explain your symptoms to her, they may run some tests it could be something else.

good luck and let me know if a dr. tells you it might be something else. I'm wondering that myself
