Last month I missed a few pills had a very early period and decided to remain off the pill until after my next period. First day of AF was 10/19. According to everything I read O probably occured around 10/31. Husband and I were intimate on 10/28. Could O have been earlier due to pills? What are the chances of being pregnant? Still to early to test!
I have been really tired and have an achy sensation on Lft Ovary for several days. It had stopped and my ob/gyn said it was probably a cyst that resolved itself w/ O. However it came back past two days and I feel very tired and irratable. A friend told me she had a cyst that did not resolve and that is how she knew she was pregnant.
What are the odds? Any thoughts on O date: is it likely to have a normal cycle immediately off the pill?

You said everything you read indicates O being on Oct 31st. Are you basing that on the calendar method or from BBT or from changes in your cervical mucus? Some woman are regular right away after coming off the pill and some aren't. It all depends on you. Changes in your cm would indicate impending O and changes in BBT confirm it so if you aren't charting it may be hard to pin point O exactly but I would say if you BD around O there is a chance of pg.
As far as the pain on your left side I don't have any really good answers for you. BUT, I too missed a couple of pills on my last pack of bcp's. My last pill was taken Oct 20th and AF should have arrived the 23rd. I have yet to see AF!! I took 2 HPT's the week I was late and they were both neg. I had lots of cramping, not bad but just there that week. On Oct 29th I started with the cramping that you are talking about on my lower left side and am thinking I must have a cyst because its a nagging pain when I walk, sit down or stand up. It lasted a few days and resided but was back as of Nov 5th. On Oct 29th when the pain on my lower left side started I noticed fertile cm and then when I got that pain again Nov 5th I noticed fertile cm on the 6th. The fertile cm is gone but the pain has stayed. So the question is is that O pain we're feeling or is it a cyst from O. I've actually had this pain before when I was pg with DS and the doc said it was a cyst on my left ovary that would resolve itself and it did. It wasn't related to the pg though because you can get a cyst on your ovary that will normally resolve itself with AF too. So, good luck with what ever your wishing for and keep me posted. I have an apt for a sonogram on Monday to find out if I have another cyst and then an apt with the doctor on Wed to talk about why I am getting them.
So glad for your response!
I have not been monitoring BBT, but noticed cm appeared fertile 7th &8th. And the cramping returned yesterday! Also now have one very sore breast! I feel so ridiculous for not knowing my body/cycle yet, but I've been on the pill for the last several years. It just seems like such a long time from AF (10/19) to O (11/7ish) ?! Hubby & I have resorted to withdrawel...though we would be happy with either outcome to this.
Anyway, regarding cysts I had been on the pill so didn't really experience them until this year. However, this spring I had one that didn't resolve and had surgery to remove it; it was the size of a softball. Everything went well, but I'm frustrated to have one again....I'm assuming missing pills allowed them to occur?
I hope your appointments shed some light on your situation; I'm definitely interested in how it goes for you!
I'm new to this site; so I'm just getting the hang of the acronyms:
DS?
Thanks again for your response!!!!
I have noticed mood swings! But wonder if some of this is me just building all of this up in my mind; it could be a symptom of a nearing AF. More cramps today on both sides and still a very present mc. HPTs are still negative I hope this isn't tmi?
How about you?

Yes- I've been testing like a nut. All have been negative & I'm guessing it is too early as I'm not even sure when I O'd?!! I had been on the pill so long I'm not even sure what O pains would feel like.
Stopped the pill when I got AF on 10/19, BD'd on the 28th....based on the last post from loonyalana, I'm guessing the odds are pretty good! I've been reading the signs from other gals on twoweekwait.com and am sooo convinced; my body just feels very different. While this is defintely not something we had prepared for I'm starting to hope for the BFP on Hpt!!!
I know what you mean about hoping for the BFP.
